Refund policy

We accept returns and exchanges with seven days of receiving your order, based on delivery date tracking.Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Only one exchange per transaction is allowed.
If placing an exchange, customer is responsible for return shipping costs and we will ship the exchange out free of charge.
Accessory must be unworn and undamaged, with sleeve included.
Refunds will be applied to original form of payment, gift card, or in accordance with local laws.
Please note: Customized crystal cases are final sale and non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Please include proof of purchase with return.
Returns or Exchanges on customized item(s) or any crystals decorated cases for reasons other than Lulu Hawaii error will not be accepted.

Defective Item:
If you received defective item, we have you covered! Please email us at LuluHawaiiMarketing@gmail.com with a photo of the defects within 7 days from receiving your order (according to the delivery date on the tracking record, if applicable) and we will arrange a replacement of the same product for you right away after verifying the quality issue. If your product is discontinued or out-of-stock, it may be replaced by a similar option.
Warranty:
Lulu Hawaii will provide a 90 day warranty on crystals.
In the event crystals are lost, send us a picture of the missing crystals and we will send a replacement.
Disclaimer:
All returns are handled on a case-by-case basis and ultimately at Lulu Hawaii’s discretion, including determining whether an item is unworn and damaged, with the intent of providing the best experience to our guests. Potential fraud or abuse of this policy, including excessive or unreasonable returns, may result in the rejection of future transactions or returns. If we choose to provide a refund beyond 7 days or in the event there’s no proof of purchase, refunds will be applied to a Lulu Hawaii gift card or in accordance with applicable local laws.
