The wallet has three slots for cards and one bigger slot that can fit folded cash bills or receipts.

Yes you can, all iPhone openings/buttons are exposed for easy access.

Yes, you can charge with the Magsafe with the hard case still on, but must remove the wristlet.

We are using Swarovski crystals.

We are using B-7000 Jewelry glue.

We give a 90 day warranty on the crystals. The Customer will be responsible for shipping. Crystal cannot be transferred to a new case, the warranty will be only on the original case you purchase.

We will replace the case if it was defective within 7 days from receiving your order (according to the delivery date on the tracking record, if applicable).

We Do Not warranty the cases for wear and tear.

Please be sure to avoid any liquid near the case, do not clean with wet wipes. If you would like to clean your case or shine your crystals, please use a dry cloth gently.

We got you covered! Please email LuluHawaiiMarketing@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the defects within 7 days from receiving your order (according to the delivery date on the tracking record, if applicable) and we will arrange a replacement of the same product for you right away after verifying the quality issue. If your product(s) is discontinued or out-of-stock, it may be replaced by a similar option.

Of course! If you purchased a case without any crystals decoration and did not like it, please email LuluHawaiiMarketing@gmail.com with your order number, within 7 days from receiving your order (according to the delivery date on the tracking record, if applicable), and we will provide the return instructions in detail!

Returns on customized item(s) or any crystals decorated cases for reasons other than Lulu Hawaii error will not be accepted. 

Please be sure to check your phone model on (Setting-General-About-Phone Model) to avoid any issues with receiving the wrong size case.

We are offering exchanges for cases without crystals; customers will be responsible for shipping the case back to us within 7 days from receiving your order (according to the delivery date on the tracking record, if applicable), and we will ship a replacement, different design or size for your choice. If your product(s) is discontinued or out-of-stock, it may be replaced by a similar option.

We are NOT able to exchange cases that are decorated with crystals. Please be sure to confirm your phone size before placing the order (Setting-General-About-Phone Model). All cases should fit perfectly to the right size phone.
